- Valid payments made on our website display our official merchant name.
If your payment screenshot shows a different or unrelated merchant name, it indicates that the payment was not made to us.
Our official merchant name is shown during checkout and in the payment confirmation. -
Payments showing any other merchant name confirm the payment was not made to us and are strictly non-refundable.
- Claims based on screenshots, advertisements, emails, or messages not generated by our website system will be rejected without exception
