  5. No refund, no service, and no compensation will be provided for payments made outside our website, under any circumstances.
  6. Valid payments made on our website display our official merchant name.
    If your payment screenshot shows a different or unrelated merchant name, it indicates that the payment was not made to us.
    Our official merchant name is shown during checkout and in the payment confirmation.
  7. Payments showing any other merchant name confirm the payment was not made to us and are strictly non-refundable.

  8. Claims based on screenshots, advertisements, emails, or messages not generated by our website system will be rejected without exception
  9. Any ads seen on Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms may be run by third parties or impersonators. We are not responsible for such ads.

  10. Refund requests are accepted only within 7 days of purchase and only if we are unable to deliver the service for a valid order placed on our website.
